The Role of Senior Compliance Specialist

Unifonic is seeking a Senior Compliance Specialist to join its full-time team in Riyadh, Riyadh Province. This role is integral to the Compliance team, which is responsible for managing and enhancing the company's compliance function. The specialist will focus on all compliance affairs, anticipating issues, and finding proactive, practical solutions for the business. Candidates should possess 2-5 years of relevant experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Ensure the organization maintains an engagement framework with the regulator (CST).
• Collaborate with management and staff to identify and manage regulatory compliance risks.
• Maintain and coordinate open communication with relevant decision-makers and stakeholders regarding regulatory communication and impact.
• Organize regular training sessions for employees to communicate key regulatory changes and updates effectively.
• Support the creation and implementation of organizational policies, standards, and procedures to comply with applicable regulations.
• Research industry compliance regulations and policies.
• Evaluate internal operational and procedural compliance.
• Maintain internal regulatory compliance through communicating requirements, obtaining approvals, and training stakeholders.
• Apply for compliance certifications and regulatory approvals.
• Develop and maintain a comprehensive compliance recordkeeping system.
• Maintain communication with compliance regulators and follow up on applications.
• Stay updated with compliance requirements and amendments to regulations.
• Identify roadblocks and propose process improvements.
• Maintain a compliance communication register and documentation.
• Create and manage action plans in response to regulatory compliance audit discoveries and violations.
• Remediate regulatory audits and periodic reviews, compiling identified gaps and action plans.
