The Senior Consultant Role

Impact Partners is seeking a Senior Consultant to join its full-time team in Riyadh. This role operates within a mission-driven environment where individual contributions directly support meaningful change. The Senior Consultant will be instrumental in providing executive support, developing strategic deliverables, and leading key initiatives to achieve organizational objectives.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide direct executive support on strategic and operational priorities.
• Develop high-quality presentations, methodologies, and strategic deliverables, with a strong focus on KPI scorecards and initiative frameworks.
• Analyze performance and monitor Key Performance Indicators (KPIs).
• Lead and monitor strategic initiatives independently, identify risks, and escalate issues when necessary.
• Represent the operational follow-up meetings with portfolio managers and key stakeholders.
• Monitor performance, track progress against strategic objectives, and prepare executive reports highlighting performance and achievement levels.

Qualifications and Experience

• 4-5 years of professional experience, including at least 4 years in management consulting.
• Proven experience in Strategy Management Office (SMO), Project Management Office (PMO), or strategic initiatives management.
• Experience working independently in a cross-functional environment with multiple stakeholders.
• Experience in the public sector or national transformation programs is highly preferred.

Preferred Certifications

• PMP
• Lean Six Sigma
