Mohammad A. Al Habib & Sons Holding Company is seeking a Senior Financial Analyst to join its team in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. This full-time role focuses on multi-asset class investment analysis within a dynamic financial environment.

The Role of Senior Financial Analyst

The Senior Financial Analyst will contribute to the evaluation and operational management of investment opportunities across various asset classes. This position requires a professional with a strong foundation in financial modeling, valuation techniques, and due diligence processes to support strategic investment decisions.

Key Responsibilities

• Evaluate investment opportunities across Real Estate, Private Equity, and Public Equity.
• Develop complex financial models and conduct comprehensive valuation analyses, including DCF, LBO, and Comps.
• Perform due diligence and execute scenario/sensitivity analyses to identify key value drivers and potential risk factors for investments.
• Prepare presentation materials for senior management, investment committees, and the Board of Directors.
• Act as a primary point of contact for the Investment team, consolidating internal queries and facilitating information flow across departments.
• Support the operational lifecycle of investments, including managing capital calls, distributions, and tracking performance across all asset classes.
• Collaborate with external asset managers, financial advisors, legal counsel, and joint-venture partners to execute transactions and monitor ongoing performance.

Required Experience and Qualifications

• A minimum of 3-5 years of experience in multi-asset class investment analysis.
• Demonstrated proficiency in financial modeling and various valuation methodologies (DCF, LBO, Comps).
• Proven experience in conducting due diligence and scenario/sensitivity analyses.
• Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.

Work Environment

This is a full-time position based in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia, requiring active engagement within the investment team and collaboration with various internal and external stakeholders.
