The Opportunity: Senior Financial Analyst

Nextwo Co. is seeking a Senior Financial Analyst to join its team in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. This full-time role is central to strengthening financial reporting and decision-making across the business. The analyst will be responsible for key financial processes, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and providing critical insights to management.

Key Responsibilities

Analyze financial performance, including Budget vs. Actual and Forecast vs. Actual variances.
Develop financial models and dashboards to support business insights and strategic planning.
Conduct in-depth analysis of revenue, costs, gross margin, and overall operational performance.
Prepare comprehensive monthly management reports for stakeholders.
Improve and automate financial reporting processes using advanced Microsoft Excel tools.
Ensure strict compliance with International Financial Reporting Standards (IFRS).
Support month-end and year-end closing activities as required.
Identify and implement opportunities to enhance reporting processes and internal controls.

Required Qualifications and Experience

Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance.
6–8 years of relevant experience in Financial Reporting, FP&A, or Financial Analysis.
Strong knowledge of International Financial Reporting Standards (IFRS).
Proven experience in budgeting, forecasting, variance analysis, and management reporting.

Skills and Attributes

Advanced Microsoft Excel skills, including proficiency in Power Query, Pivot Tables, XLOOKUP, INDEX/MATCH, and SUMIFS.
Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities.
Experience with Power BI is considered a strong advantage.
