Senior Frontend Engineer

About the Role

NovaLexi is seeking a Senior Frontend Engineer to join our team in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. This full-time role involves implementing the user interface for our platform, focusing on enterprise-grade dashboards, RBAC-driven views, and RTL-first Arabic experiences. The ideal candidate will have 5-10 years of experience in frontend development.

Key Responsibilities

• Implement user interfaces based on approved UX/UI designs.
• Develop interactive dashboards and data visualization components.
• Implement UI restrictions based on Role-Based Access Control (RBAC).
• Ensure secure frontend integration with backend GraphQL APIs.
• Optimize performance for high-data environments and ensure cross-browser compatibility (Chrome, Edge, Safari, Firefox).
• Support accessibility compliance (WCAG) and develop secure document upload/download interfaces.
• Meet performance targets, including achieving 95% of standard UI actions under 2 seconds and maintaining performance under 500 concurrent users.
• Adhere to secure Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) practices.
• Perform all other responsibilities as assigned by the direct manager.

Required Experience

• A minimum of 5 to 10 years of experience in frontend engineering.

Technical Skills and Qualifications

• Proficiency in implementing complex UX/UI designs for enterprise applications.
• Experience with developing interactive dashboards and data visualization.
• Knowledge of RBAC principles and their application in UI development.
• Familiarity with secure frontend development practices and GraphQL API integration.
• Understanding of performance optimization techniques for web applications.
• Experience with cross-browser compatibility testing and resolution.
• Knowledge of web accessibility standards (WCAG).
• Understanding of secure SDLC practices.

This is a full-time position based in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. The role requires collaboration within a team focused on developing robust and secure platform interfaces.
