Role Overview

The Senior Human Resources Specialist will manage end-to-end HR operations, ensuring smooth execution of all employee lifecycle processes. This role is central to maintaining HR compliance, supporting employee relations, and contributing to initiatives that enhance organizational effectiveness.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee employee lifecycle processes, including recruitment support, onboarding, performance management coordination, and offboarding.
• Maintain and update HR policies and procedures to ensure relevance and compliance.
• Administer employee benefits programs.
• Manage and maintain accurate personnel records.
• Ensure compliance with local labor regulations.
• Advise managers on various HR matters.
• Support employee relations and address related concerns.
• Facilitate HR-related training sessions for employees and management.
• Contribute to HR projects focused on improving employee engagement, retention, and overall organizational effectiveness.

Qualifications and Experience

• A minimum of 5 to 10 years of experience in Human Resources.
• Demonstrated experience in managing comprehensive HR operations.
• Strong understanding of HR policies, procedures, and local labor regulations.

Work Environment

This is an on-site, full-time position located in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia, requiring daily presence at the company's premises.
