Senior Manager Assets Security Design & Delivery

About the Role

Qiddiya is seeking a Senior Manager Assets Security Design & Delivery to join their team in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. This full-time role involves hands-on infrastructure security design, configuration, integration, testing, and troubleshooting across Qiddiya's assets, districts, and city-wide programs. The Senior Manager will ensure alignment with operational requirements, infrastructure strategies, security standards, and long-term city objectives, acting as a technical lead within the Asset Infrastructure Design & Delivery function.

Role Purpose and Scope

This position focuses on directly implementing and validating security controls, resolving integration issues, and coordinating cybersecurity, network security, and OT security requirements. It is a technical delivery leadership role that drives the implementation and continuous enhancement of infrastructure security frameworks, security blueprints, technical standards, and operational security readiness. The scope includes network, compute, OT, physical security, infrastructure systems, and smart city environments, aiming to establish scalable, resilient, and secure infrastructure ecosystems.

Key Responsibilities

• Translate business needs, operational requirements, infrastructure strategies, and long-term city objectives into secure-by-design solutions for Qiddiya's assets, districts, and city-wide programs.
• Develop and maintain security architecture principles, frameworks, blueprints, and technical standards, incorporating lessons from delivery.
• Deploy, implement, configure, and harden security controls across network, compute, OT, infrastructure systems, and smart city environments.
• Integrate cybersecurity, network security, OT security, physical security, and operational security requirements into cohesive technical solutions.
• Troubleshoot integration failures, resolve technical conflicts, and remediate vulnerabilities to strengthen infrastructure resilience.
• Conduct design reviews, risk assessments, and compliance checks against approved architecture, security standards, and regulatory expectations; define mitigation measures and escalate critical risks.
• Perform and lead security testing and commissioning to verify that implemented systems and controls meet approved designs and operational requirements.
• Assess operational readiness for acceptance and handover, including incident preparedness, business continuity, and critical infrastructure protection.

Qualifications and Experience

Candidates for this role should possess between 5 to 10 years of relevant experience in infrastructure security design, implementation, and delivery. A strong technical background in cybersecurity, network security, and OT security is required, with demonstrated ability to lead hands-on technical initiatives.
