About Qiddiya Investment Company

Qiddiya Investment Company is seeking a Senior Manager - BIM - Urban Core to join its team in Riyadh, Riyadh Province. This is a full-time position requiring over 10 years of experience.

Role Overview

The Senior BIM Manager will lead the Digital Delivery and BIM strategy for the Urban Core portfolio. This role focuses on implementing Building Information Modelling (BIM), Digital Engineering, Common Data Environment (CDE) processes, and information management standards across the entire project lifecycle. The Senior BIM Manager will establish and govern BIM requirements for a diverse portfolio of mixed-use developments, including public realm, retail, hospitality, F&B, commercial office, civic assets, mobility infrastructure, and supporting utilities.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead BIM and Digital Delivery initiatives.
• Manage information throughout project lifecycles.
• Oversee design and consultant management processes.
• Integrate mixed-use precinct developments.
• Drive Digital Engineering and innovation efforts.
• Provide support for construction and delivery phases.
• Manage asset information and project handover.
• Ensure governance and assurance of digital delivery standards.

Digital Delivery Leadership

As the client-side digital delivery lead, the Senior BIM Manager will ensure that all consultants, contractors, and delivery partners adhere to project BIM standards, information management protocols, and digital delivery objectives. The role also supports data-driven asset development and operational readiness strategies.

Required Experience

• A minimum of 10 years of relevant experience is required for this role.
