About the Role

Qiddiya Investment Company is seeking a Senior Manager - Broker Management to lead broker relations and optimize engagement strategies. This full-time position is based in Riyadh, Riyadh Province. The role involves cultivating key relationships with brokerage firms, ensuring alignment with Qiddiya's strategic goals, and enhancing market positioning within the real estate sector.

Role Overview

The Senior Manager - Broker Management will be responsible for driving effective communication, streamlining operations, and enhancing broker performance. This pivotal role requires expertise in managing relationships and ensuring that brokerage activities support Qiddiya's residential sales objectives.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage the broker management team to ensure effective day-to-day coordination with brokerage firms supporting Qiddiya’s residential sales objectives.
• Act as the primary liaison between Qiddiya and brokerage firms, ensuring clear communication and coordination of activities.
• Analyze market trends and broker performance data to inform strategic decision-making and optimize engagement approaches.
• Monitor and evaluate the quality of service provided by brokers, implementing strategies to enhance delivery and performance.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure that messaging and marketing materials resonate with brokers and support their efforts in selling Qiddiya's offerings.
• Provide coaching and training to brokers to enhance their knowledge of Qiddiya's projects, properties, and strategic objectives.
• Plan and manage broker events, roadshows, and workshops, assigning responsibilities and ensuring smooth execution across departments.
• Ensure compliance across all broker agreements and manage coordination with the legal team, while guiding internal staff on contract procedures and standards.

Required Experience

• Candidates should possess 5-10 years of relevant experience.

This is a full-time position based in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia, within Qiddiya Investment Company. The role involves working closely with internal teams and external brokerage firms to achieve strategic objectives.
