The Role of Broker Relations Manager

Mutakamela Insurance is seeking a Broker Relations Manager to join its team in Makkah, covering Jeddah and Makkah. This full-time role involves assisting the division in business development and facilitating various business transactions with distribution channels. The position requires 2-5 years of relevant experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Organize and monitor sales and marketing activities as instructed by the Broker Sales Manager.
• Report to the Broker Sales Manager in a timely manner and according to agreed formats.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with prospects, clients, and representatives of each channel.
• Develop, enhance, and improve broker channels.
• Negotiate with brokers on developing different lines of business related to their portfolio.
• Introduce new products to brokers.
• Coordinate with brokers regarding collection and initiate regular reconciliation of accounts.
• Follow up on broker complaints, escalating as needed until resolution.

Required Qualifications and Experience

• 4 years of experience in a relevant field.
• Demonstrated ability to assist and serve brokers in a timely manner.

Work Location
