Role Summary

The Senior Network Engineer Lead – ISE is responsible for the operation and support of network services, ensuring optimal service availability and performance. This full-time role, based in Riyadh, focuses on meeting agreed Service Level Agreements (SLAs), customer requirements, and contractual obligations. The position involves both technical responsibilities and leadership in people management.

Key Responsibilities

• Participate in the identification and recruitment of key talent for the team.
• Lead, guide, and assist direct reports in performing functional operations in accordance with policies and procedures.
• Set performance objectives, provide necessary support, evaluate team performance, and offer regular feedback.
• Promote a high-performance working environment and uphold ISE’s values.
• Be involved in the installation, maintenance, troubleshooting, and administration of existing and future network infrastructures.
• Interface with vendors to ensure appropriate communication and issue resolution.
• Perform routine health checks and preventive measures on assigned systems.
• Monitor the network and report failures or degradations to senior team members and the direct manager.
• Run proof-of-concept deployments and troubleshoot issues to identify and address root causes.
• Follow and maintain ISE network operations and security standards.
• Maintain technical expertise across all areas of network components in operation.

Administrative and Collaborative Duties

• Actively collaborate with other IT Operations groups to support projects and day-to-day operations.
• Proactively and effectively communicate status, plans of action, and resolutions for reported issues.
• Consistently provide quality support experience to internal and external customers and technology partners.
• Effectively manage case escalations to the Network Operations Manager while maintaining customer communications.
• Provide assistance and guidance to junior team members.

Documentation and Reporting

• Maintain ISE’s operational documentation to ensure it is up to date.
• Generate technical documentation and guide manuals as required.
