The Senior Planner Role in Riyadh

We are seeking a Senior Planner to join our team in Riyadh. This full-time role operates within a collaborative support environment, focusing on ensuring client objectives are consistently met. The ideal candidate will be an enthusiastic, self-motivated individual with excellent written and verbal communication skills, committed to making a significant contribution to our Project Management division.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive planning support to the project team, ensuring programme issues are identified and clearly understood.
• Offer expert planning advice and direction to project team members and relevant stakeholders, and produce programme assurance reports for client commissions.
• Generate progress reports detailing variance against established baselines.
• Deliver Period Programme Updates and contribute to overall project reports.
• Coordinate programmes of work between clients, partners, consultants, and contractors, ensuring compliance with the Project Programme and reporting non-compliance for resolution.
• Provide planning support to the bidding team as required, assisting with all necessary activities for timely submission of bidding documentation.

Qualifications and Experience

• A BSc Degree in a relevant field is preferred.
• A minimum of 15 years of post-graduate experience is required.
• Demonstrated regional experience with a professional consultancy is necessary.
• Industry experience within the high-rise building sector is essential.
