ديل السعودية - Dell Technologies KSA is seeking a Senior Principal Engineer, Solutions Architecture to join its Professional Services team in Riyadh. This full-time role involves leading high-impact initiatives focused on Dell storage solutions, with a particular emphasis on end-to-end architectures and complex integration strategies within enterprise and AI-driven environments.

Role Context and Impact

The Solutions Architecture team provides IT consulting expertise, specializing in solution customization, complex integration, and end-to-end delivery across targeted industry segments. Through consultation, analysis, and engineering, the team architects and delivers new IT systems or transforms existing ones to support customer strategic, operational, and financial goals. The Senior Principal Engineer will be responsible for prototyping solutions, validating design patterns, driving ecosystem integrations and data management tools, and ensuring non-functional requirements such as performance, scalability, resilience, and security are met at scale.

Key Responsibilities

• Architect & Design: Deliver comprehensive technical architectural designs and detailed implementation plans for storage deployments, with a focus on AI/ML and data-intensive workloads.
• Drive Storage Migrations and Enable Ecosystem Integrations: Lead and execute complex data migration engagements using native Dell migration tooling and qualified third-party platforms, ensuring minimal disruption and data integrity. Design and implement integrations between Dell storage solutions and the broader technology ecosystem.
• Install, Customize & Integrate: Participate in and oversee the installation, customization, and integration of Dell Technologies solutions within diverse customer environments, ensuring alignment with architectural standards and best practices.
• Lead Validation & Benchmarking: Conduct and lead design reviews, proofs-of-concept (PoCs), and performance benchmarking exercises to validate solution architectures against customer requirements and workload characteristics.
• Standardize & Mentor: Document reusable design standards, reference architectures, and operational runbooks; mentor fellow engineers in advanced design techniques, emerging technologies, and delivery excellence.

Required Qualifications and Experience

• A minimum of 12 years of relevant experience in solutions architecture, particularly with storage solutions.
• Demonstrated expertise in leading complex integration strategies and end-to-end architectural designs.
• Experience with AI/ML and data-intensive workloads is essential.
