Senior Project Manager Infrastructure Specialist

About the Role

Mace Group is seeking a Senior Project Manager - Infrastructure Specialist for a full-time position in Riyadh, KSA. This role involves providing project management consultancy services for a large luxury mixed-use development. The Senior Project Manager will offer strategic leadership across complex infrastructure projects, ensuring integrated planning, stakeholder alignment, and delivery assurance. The position requires 5-10 years of experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide strategic leadership for complex infrastructure projects, ensuring integrated planning and stakeholder alignment.
• Manage project delivery from inception through design, procurement, construction, commissioning, and closeout.
• Oversee project budgets, identify risks and challenges, and propose mitigations.
• Lead and manage project teams and relevant stakeholders to achieve strategic project KPIs.
• Establish governance, controls, risk, cost, program, and reporting disciplines to support confident delivery.
• Integrate technical teams, consultants, contractors, and authorities to manage interfaces and dependencies.
• Champion safety, quality, sustainability, and inclusivity across all project activities.
• Ensure robust quality systems are in place and managed in line with service excellence.
• Supervise change and commercial performance with integrity.

Qualifications and Experience

• 5-10 years of progressive experience in major infrastructure, capital projects, construction, urban development, transport, utilities, real estate, public realm, or program management environments.
• Demonstrated senior project management experience leading complex packages, multidisciplinary teams, consultants, and contractors in live delivery environments.
• Strong track record in governance, project controls, procurement support, contract administration, authority coordination, stakeholder management, risk management, and executive reporting.
• Experience managing design-to-construction interfaces, utilities diversions, permits, handover readiness, commissioning, closeout, and operational transition is preferred.
• Professional membership or equivalent development.
• Strong commercial, financial, and stakeholder management skills.
