Senior Project Manager Infrastructure Specialist

About the Role

Mace is seeking a Senior Project Manager Infrastructure Specialist to join their team in Riyadh, KSA. This full-time role involves providing project management consultancy services for a large luxury mixed-use development. The position requires over 10 years of experience in infrastructure project management.

Role Overview

The Senior Project Manager Infrastructure Specialist will provide strategic leadership across complex infrastructure projects. This includes ensuring integrated planning, stakeholder alignment, and delivery assurance. The role leverages extensive project management expertise and technical insight to achieve safe, high-quality outcomes that meet programme objectives, budget requirements, and delivery commitments.

Key Responsibilities

• Champion safety, wellbeing, inclusivity, and responsible delivery across all projects.
• Deliver projects through clear planning, quality systems, and strong stakeholder collaboration.
• Supervise change and commercial performance with integrity.
• Lead teams to achieve Key Performance Indicators (KPIs), share best practices, and unlock potential within Mace.
• Lead infrastructure delivery from strategy and mobilisation through design, procurement, construction, commissioning, and closeout.
• Establish governance, controls, risk, cost, programme, and reporting disciplines to support confident delivery.
• Integrate technical teams, consultants, contractors, and authorities to manage interfaces and dependencies.
• Promote Mace's value of Safety First, exhibiting visible safety behaviours, sharing lessons learned, and utilising safety moments and Mace's HSW framework.
• Ensure robust quality systems are in place and managed in line with service excellence.
• Manage project delivery from inception through design development, planning, contractor procurement, and construction phase, in accordance with the overall delivery program and agreed project milestones.
• Manage project budgets and identify risks, challenges, and mitigations.
• Manage design and wider consultant teams collaboratively to ensure effective completion of responsibilities.

Qualifications and Requirements

• A minimum of 10 years of experience in project management, specifically within infrastructure.
• Technical expertise in local health and safety rules and regulations relevant to project portfolios.
• Demonstrated ability to lead and manage project teams and relevant stakeholders to achieve strategic project KPIs.
• Experience in actively networking, innovating, and seeking best practices, utilising knowledge resources such as Mace Group, Centres of Excellence, Mace Way Control Centre, and Knowledge Hub.
