Role Overview

AtkinsRéalis is seeking a Senior Project Manager (Sitewide Infrastructure) to join their team in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. This full-time role involves providing support to direct reports, fostering teamwork, contributing technical inputs to project teams, and ensuring client objectives are met. The Senior Project Manager will be a key member of the team, responsible for the successful delivery of projects within specified constraints.

Key Responsibilities

Ensure successful project delivery regarding progress, quality, and cost budgetary constraints.
Review and approve technical documents submitted by the Developer to the Client, verifying compliance with Project Specifications.
Monitor project deliverables to ensure they meet agreed standards and satisfy stakeholder requirements at each project stage.
Oversee overall project stakeholder relationships and adjust engagement strategies and plans as needed.
Develop and establish policies, procedures, and documentation for planning, developing, managing, executing, and controlling the project schedule, including monitoring tasks and workflows to ensure timely completion.
Identify and document specific actions, including establishing milestones, required to produce project deliverables.
Develop and implement policies, procedures, and documentation for planning, managing, expending, and controlling project costs.
Identify and manage project issues through to resolution.
Develop a robust change control system by setting a project baseline and identifying, reviewing, approving, and monitoring proposed changes to the project scope.
Develop detailed specifications based on design guidelines provided to the developer.

Required Qualifications and Experience

A minimum of 10 years of relevant experience in project management.

Essential Skills and Attributes

Ability to manage and coordinate inputs from project stakeholders and appointed contractors to ensure successful project delivery.
Proficiency in assessing and resolving site planning and coordination issues.
Application of quality management principles and processes.
Application of risk assessment and management principles and processes.
Effective networking, negotiation, and influencing skills; ability to broker relationships with stakeholders both internal and external to the project.
Awareness of the broader perspective and its impact on project outcomes.
