About the Role: Senior Projects Manager, Retail Projects & Expansion

Laverne Group is seeking an experienced Senior Projects Manager to lead the Projects Section in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. This full-time role involves overseeing retail branch development projects from initial planning and design through contractor coordination, execution, and final handover. The manager will also be responsible for managing design engineers and site supervisors, ensuring cost and quality control, and overseeing exhibition and event fit-out projects across the Group.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end retail branch projects, covering site assessment, cost estimation, design coordination, execution, quality control, and final handover.
• Manage design engineers and site supervisors, including assignment allocation and oversight of project priorities, resources, and schedules.
• Guide branch layouts and review 2D/3D design deliverables to ensure alignment with brand identity and operational requirements.
• Prepare project budgets, monitor actual costs, and evaluate variations and additional works for approval.
• Evaluate contractors’ technical and financial proposals, support negotiations, and coordinate project contracts with legal and relevant stakeholders.
• Oversee contractor and subcontractor performance, site progress, approved materials, technical quality, and project completion.
• Review payment claims and supplier invoices against contract terms and verified work progress, coordinating with Finance on payment follow-up.
• Manage exhibition and event fit-out projects, including vendor coordination, execution, cost control, quality, and handover.
• Prepare structured project reports, identify risks and delays, and coordinate corrective actions with relevant internal teams.

Qualifications and Experience

• 5-10 years of relevant professional experience managing retail fit-out, construction, or multi-site commercial projects.
• Direct team and contractor management experience.
• Strong knowledge of project costing, budgeting, contractor evaluation, contract coordination, and execution controls.
• Ability to review 2D/3D design deliverables and coordinate technical stakeholders throughout project phases.
• Experience in retail branch rollouts, exhibitions, or event projects is an advantage.
