About the Role

AtkinsRéalis is seeking a Senior Quantity Surveyor to join our team in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. This full-time role involves overseeing commercial and contractual management, ensuring accurate cost tracking for infrastructure projects, and contributing to the successful delivery of key initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

Lead measurement, cost control, and contract administration activities for projects.
Prepare major variation claims, cost impact assessments, and comprehensive commercial reports.
Review and approve Bills of Quantities (BOQs), quantity breakdowns, and valuations.
Conduct risk analysis specifically for cost overruns and develop effective mitigation strategies.
Mentor junior Quantity Surveyor staff and ensure coordination with finance, planning, and engineering teams.
Participate in client and contractor negotiations, as well as project reviews.

Qualifications and Experience

Candidates for this position should possess between 5 to 10 years of relevant experience in quantity surveying, particularly within infrastructure projects. A strong understanding of commercial and contractual management principles is essential.
