Parsons Corporation is seeking a Senior Specialist – Technical & Delivery (FLS) – Saudi National to join its team in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. This is a full-time position for a professional with 5-10 years of experience. The role is integral to supporting the review, coordination, and delivery of FLS submissions, ensuring adherence to compliance, quality standards, and efficient approval processes within project frameworks.

Role Overview

The Senior Specialist will play a key role in managing the lifecycle of FLS submissions. This involves a critical focus on validating technical content, streamlining review cycles, and ensuring all documentation meets project specifications before final approval. The position requires a proactive approach to stakeholder coordination and process improvement.

Key Responsibilities

• Review FLS submissions to confirm accuracy, completeness, and compliance with project requirements.
• Validate technical comments provided by third-party consultants.
• Filter and remove non-value-adding, duplicate, or repetitive comments from feedback.
• Ensure that all comments are appropriately addressed by the LDC and reflected in revised submissions prior to resubmission.
• Monitor and work to reduce rejection cycles and repetitive GDCD comments.
• Maintain detailed submission logs and trackers, including status updates, approval timelines, and pending actions.
• Coordinate effectively with internal and external stakeholders to facilitate timely submission reviews and responses.
• Contribute to the continuous improvement of submission and review processes.
• Provide assistance with final inspection readiness, ensuring all required documentation is complete and compliant.

Required Qualifications and Experience

• Candidates must be a Saudi National.
• A minimum of 5 to 10 years of relevant professional experience is required for this role.
• Demonstrated experience in technical review, coordination, and delivery processes, particularly related to FLS submissions.

Work Location

This full-time position is based in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia, and requires on-site presence to effectively manage project deliverables and stakeholder interactions.
