About the Role

Musanadah Facilities Management is seeking a Senior Technology Adviser to join its team in Riyadh. This full-time position is integral to the Technology Solutions department, focusing on strategic technology consultancy engagements and the successful delivery of technology-driven projects.

Role Context and Scope

The Technology Solutions Team initiates early engagements with clients, playing a crucial role in defining and documenting technology strategies. The team provides expert guidance on technology solutions across diverse environments, including venues, sports facilities, and entertainment settings. Furthermore, this team is responsible for overseeing and delivering technology-driven projects that span all service offerings, encompassing infrastructure, digital, and data services.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead, support, and contribute to early consulting engagements with clients, offering guidance and strategies for technology adoption and operation in various environments.
• Ensure that client commercial, operational, and feasibility constraints and requirements are thoroughly considered in all recommendations.
• Oversee and deliver Technology Solutions projects across all service offerings, including advisory, design, delivery, operations, and intelligence.
• Develop and maintain productive relationships with internal subject matter experts, external clients, and partners to foster operational efficiencies and enhance service offerings.
• Cultivate strong, outcome-oriented client relationships to drive satisfaction, growth, and retention.

Business Development and Professional Growth

• Actively contribute to business development and sales activities within Technology Solutions and the wider organization by identifying prospects, generating leads, and developing opportunities.
• Lead and contribute to the preparation of tender documentation and sales opportunities.
• Cross-sell and up-sell services to assigned clients.
• Uphold the client-focused values, market-leading brand, and reputation of the organization.
• Further develop local relationships with vendors and integrators.
• Continuously develop knowledge on innovation and new technologies.
