About the Shawarma Chef Role

Leylaty Group is seeking a skilled Shawarma Chef to join their team in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. This full-time position involves the preparation of high-quality shawarma and related menu items within a dynamic restaurant setting. The successful candidate will be responsible for maintaining consistent taste, adhering to proper food preparation techniques, upholding hygiene standards, and ensuring excellent presentation of all dishes.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare and cook chicken and meat shawarma according to established company recipes and standards.
• Execute proper marination, slicing, and grilling techniques for meats.
• Ensure consistency in the taste, portioning, and visual presentation of shawarma dishes.
• Maintain a clean and hygienic workstation at all times.
• Monitor the quality and freshness of all ingredients used.
• Adhere strictly to food safety regulations and HACCP standards.
• Assist with inventory management, including tracking stock levels and reporting any shortages.
• Work efficiently and maintain high standards of quality during busy periods.

Required Qualifications

• Previous experience working as a Shawarma Chef or in a comparable culinary role.
• Demonstrated knowledge of Middle Eastern cuisine and proficiency in grilling techniques.
• Ability to perform effectively in a fast-paced restaurant environment.
• Strong teamwork and communication skills.
• A commitment to upholding hygiene and food safety standards.
