Vrinda Global is seeking an experienced Furniture Store Manager to oversee operations for a luxury furniture showroom in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. This full-time role is critical for managing high-end retail operations and driving performance within the luxury home furnishings sector.

Role Overview

The Furniture Store Manager will be responsible for the comprehensive management of a luxury furniture showroom. This includes overseeing daily retail operations, leading the sales team, and ensuring an exceptional experience for high-net-worth customers. The role focuses on achieving sales targets and maintaining operational excellence.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day showroom and retail operations.
• Drive sales, revenue, and overall store performance.
• Lead and manage the showroom sales team.
• Manage high-end customers and ensure excellent customer experience.
• Oversee inventory, merchandising, and stock management.
• Achieve sales targets and monitor Key Performance Indicators (KPIs).
• Coordinate with luxury furniture brands, suppliers, and internal teams.

Qualifications and Experience

• A minimum of 5 years of experience in luxury furniture, premium retail, or home furnishings.
• Experience with renowned luxury brands such as Versace, Armani, Fendi, Bentley, or Elie Saab is preferred.
• Strong experience in showroom/store management and sales leadership.
• Demonstrated experience handling high-net-worth customers and luxury retail operations.
