Vrinda Global is seeking an experienced Furniture Store Manager to join a leading premium/luxury furniture business. This full-time position is based in Riyadh and requires 5-10 years of relevant experience.

Role Overview

The Furniture Store Manager will oversee the operations of a premium/luxury furniture showroom, focusing on sales, team leadership, and customer engagement. This role involves managing various aspects of store operations, from supplier relations to high-net-worth client interactions.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage showroom and store operations effectively to achieve sales targets.
• Lead and develop sales teams, ensuring high performance and customer service standards.
• Oversee relationships with suppliers, vendors, and furniture brands.
• Coordinate and participate in events, exhibitions, product launches, and brand activations.
• Engage with High-Net-Worth (HNW) and Ultra-High-Net-Worth (UHNW) customers, interior designers, and architects.

Required Qualifications and Experience

• 5-10 years of experience in premium/luxury furniture brands or high-end retail.
• Demonstrated experience in showroom/store management and sales.
• Proven ability to lead and manage sales teams.
• Experience in managing suppliers, vendors, and furniture brands.
• Exposure to events, exhibitions, product launches, and brand activations.
• Experience dealing with HNW/UHNW customers, interior designers, and architects.

Skills and Knowledge

• Strong knowledge of furniture products, collections, and market trends.

Location and Work Type
