About Jazeera Paints and the Role

Jazeera Paints is seeking a Showroom Sales Representative to join our team in Riyadh. This full-time role is central to ensuring excellent customer service, achieving sales targets, and maintaining efficient showroom operations. The representative will be responsible for guiding customers through product selections, managing orders, and contributing to the overall success of the showroom.

Customer Engagement and Sales

• Provide a welcoming reception to customers within the showroom and maintain a high standard of service.
• Engage with customers from their entry into the showroom, introduce them to company products, and secure their orders.
• Calculate required product quantities and assist customers with color and product coordination based on their needs.
• Facilitate the issuance of invoices and ensure the proper delivery of goods to customers.
• Meet customer needs and provide comprehensive customer service both before and after sales.
• Achieve sales targets as outlined in the established sales plan.
• Accept online customer requests and update the E-commerce platform accordingly, considering required items and stock levels.

Showroom and Inventory Management

• Maintain the showroom in an organized and clean state at all times.
• Ensure all marketing tools, such as brochures and catalogues, are readily available.
• Secure an adequate stock of all items, particularly well-moving products, to serve customers effectively.
• Apply the policy for making orders from warehouses based on minimum and maximum stock levels for each item.
• Adhere to the first-in, first-out (FIFO) policy to prevent dead stock.
• Report all missing products in the main store to the direct manager.
• Ensure the arrangement of goods in warehouses according to guidelines to maintain accurate stock and prevent discrepancies during periodic inventory checks.
• Cooperate with other branches to facilitate the resale of slow-moving items.

Reporting and Compliance

• Commit to accomplishing management goals and implementing required Key Performance Indicators (KPIs).
• Submit financial reports to the region accountant when required.
• Adhere to depositing any sales cash amount daily into the company’s account.
• Provide the direct manager with regular reports concerning competitors' activities and promotions.
• Handle all customer complaints professionally and report them to the direct manager.
• Submit periodic reports on achievements, problems, and failures to the direct manager.
• Implement company policies and instructions.

Collaboration and Continuous Improvement

• Coordinate effectively with all showroom staff, including assistants, workers, and drivers.
• Provide helpful ideas and suggestions to develop the sales process and value.
• Execute activities related to the function using safe and environmentally sound methods.
• Perform any other duties assigned by the direct supervisor/manager.
