About the Role

Fama Technologies is seeking a Solution Architect ICT to join its ICT department in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. This full-time position requires a professional with a strong background in pre-sales activities and extensive experience with Cisco and Fortinet solutions. The role involves a deep understanding of ICT infrastructure, security, and networking technologies to design tailored solutions and support business growth.

Core Responsibilities

• Design and develop comprehensive ICT solutions, covering networking, security, cloud, and infrastructure technologies.
• Translate complex business requirements into scalable and secure technical solutions.
• Provide technical consultancy on Cisco and Fortinet products, ensuring adherence to best practices and industry standards.
• Support proof-of-concept (PoC) deployments and technical evaluations for clients.
• Collaborate with internal teams and vendors to ensure seamless project execution.
• Stay updated with the latest trends and advancements in ICT, networking, and cybersecurity.

Pre-Sales and Client Engagement

• Lead pre-sales activities, including client requirement gathering, solution design, and technical presentations.
• Prepare and deliver compelling technical proposals, RFP responses, and solution demonstrations.
• Collaborate with sales teams to identify customer needs and align solutions to meet their objectives.
• Support the sales cycle by qualifying customer needs, assisting in negotiations, and contributing to contracting processes.
• Contribute to achieving monthly sales objectives through effective solution design and client engagement.
• Conduct demonstrations of software solutions.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, or a related field.
• 5+ years of experience in ICT solution architecture, pre-sales, and technical consulting.
• Strong expertise in Cisco and Fortinet solutions; certifications such as CCNP, CCIE, or NSE 4-7 are highly desirable.
• Hands-on experience in networking, security, firewalls, SD-WAN, and cloud solutions.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills for engaging with clients and stakeholders.
• Ability to translate complex business requirements into effective technical solutions.
• Knowledge of industry standards and security compliance frameworks.

Preferred Experience and Skills

• Experience with enterprise ICT infrastructure, cloud computing, and cybersecurity solutions.
• Knowledge of AI-driven networking and automation technologies.
• Experience in managing vendor relationships and supporting RFP processes.
