About the Role

DXC Technology is seeking a Solution Architect Lead Network Airport to join our team in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. This full-time role involves owning the comprehensive network architecture across an airport campus, ensuring critical operations are supported by highly available, secure, and high-performance connectivity. The ideal candidate will bring 5-10 years of experience in a relevant field.

Role Purpose and Context

The Lead Solution Architect - Network will be responsible for the entire network architecture within the airport environment. This includes campus LAN, WAN, wireless, data center infrastructure, and all connectivity to operational technology (OT), various systems, and external stakeholders. The primary objective is to lead network design and establish standards that guarantee 24/7 safety- and security-critical airport operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Own and manage the network architecture for campus LAN, WAN, wireless, data center, and segmentation.
• Design network solutions for high availability, redundancy, optimal performance, and scalability across the airport estate.
• Define network standards, topology, and connectivity protocols for systems, operational technology, and external parties.
• Embed network security principles, including segmentation, zero-trust, and secure connectivity, into all designs.
• Ensure network resilience, comprehensive monitoring, and effective manageability for continuous 24/7 operations.
• Support the integration of network solutions with cyber security, infrastructure, and OT domains.
• Lead and mentor network architects and engineers, overseeing the quality of network designs.
• Contribute to estimation, planning, and risk management within the network domain.
• Engage effectively with stakeholders, vendors, and operations teams.

Required Experience and Qualifications

Candidates for this role should possess a minimum of 5 to 10 years of relevant professional experience in network architecture and design, particularly within complex, critical environments. A strong background in airport or similar large-scale infrastructure networking is highly valued.
