About the Role

Hilton is seeking a Spa Attendant to join its team in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. This full-time role involves maintaining a clean and relaxing spa environment while delivering guest experiences that uphold the company's hospitality standards. The position is suitable for candidates with 0-1 years of experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Greet and assist guests with a professional and friendly demeanor, promptly responding to requests and resolving issues efficiently.
• Maintain a clean and inviting spa environment by cleaning and sanitizing areas such as locker rooms, treatment spaces, and equipment in compliance with health and safety standards.
• Monitor and restock spa supplies, including towels, refreshments, and other amenities as needed.
• Observe spa activity and report any concerns to ensure a safe and relaxing environment for all guests.
• Process guest payments accurately using the point-of-sale system, managing cash transactions, processing credit and debit cards, issuing change, and redeeming gift certificates/cards.
• Provide general support to the spa team and perform other duties as needed to enhance the overall guest experience.
