About the Role

Role Purpose

The Spa Receptionist contributes to the overall guest experience by managing front-desk operations and administrative tasks within the spa and salon. This role ensures that guests receive efficient service and support, from initial greeting through to scheduling and inquiries, thereby enhancing their stay.

Key Responsibilities

• Welcome and assist all guests entering the spa/salon, managing check-in and registration procedures.
• Handle incoming phone calls and emails, manage reservations, and address guest inquiries.
• Relay necessary information to appropriate team members to ensure smooth service delivery.
• Perform general office duties including data entry, filing, processing mail, taking notes, and typing correspondence.
• Provide administrative support to spa managers for various operational tasks.
