About the Role

Hilton Riyadh Hotel & Residences is seeking a dedicated Spa Supervisor to oversee daily health club operations. This full-time role, based in Riyadh, focuses on delivering memorable experiences to guests and upholding the high standards of hospitality. The Spa Supervisor will play a key role in the efficient functioning of the wellness facilities.

Role Overview

As a Spa Supervisor, you will support the Manager or Director in the comprehensive operation of the health club, fitness center, spa, or salon. This position requires a proactive approach to supervision, ensuring seamless service delivery and maintaining quality across all guest touchpoints. You will contribute directly to the guest experience by ensuring operational excellence and team coordination.

Key Responsibilities

• Support the Manager/Director in the daily operations of the health club, fitness center, spa, or salon.
• Train, schedule, and supervise team members across fitness, spa, and guest service roles to ensure a consistent, high-quality guest experience.
• Step into staff roles as needed to maintain service continuity and uphold quality standards across all guest interactions.
• Assist with marketing initiatives, merchandising, programming, inventory management, and tracking financial performance to drive engagement and efficiency.
• Maintain continuous compliance with health, safety, sanitation, and alcohol awareness regulations, ensuring the highest standards of guest and team member wellbeing.
