About the Role

Qiddiya Investment Company is seeking a Specialist to join its Marketing & Communications team in Riyadh Province. This full-time position will support the Head of Marketing by managing workflow and Project Management Office (PMO) activities. The role focuses on streamlining marketing operations, coordinating cross-functional teams, and ensuring the effective execution of marketing projects in alignment with business objectives.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and optimize marketing workflow processes to enhance efficiency and output quality.
• Coordinate and track the progress of marketing projects, ensuring timely delivery and alignment with strategic goals.
• Act as a liaison between the Head of Marketing and internal teams to facilitate effective communication and collaboration.
• Prepare project plans, schedules, and status reports for stakeholder visibility.
• Identify and escalate risks and issues within marketing projects as necessary.
• Support resource allocation and budgeting for marketing initiatives.
• Assist in the preparation of presentations and documentation for senior management.
• Contribute to continuous improvement efforts within the marketing department.

Qualifications and Experience

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Project Management, or a related field.
• 2-5 years of experience in project management, workflow coordination, or PMO support, preferably within marketing or related functions.

Required Skills and Abilities

• Excellent organizational and multitasking skills with strong attention to detail.
• Proficiency in project management tools (*, MS Project, Asana, Trello) and the Microsoft Office Suite.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills for effective engagement with cross-functional teams and leadership.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
• A problem-solving mindset with the capacity to anticipate issues and propose solutions.
• Experience in the marketing industry or supporting marketing teams is considered a strong advantage.

This is a full-time position based in Riyadh, within the Riyadh Province. The role operates within the Qiddiya Investment Company.
