Specialist VIP Support

About the Role

Qiddiya Investment Company is seeking a Specialist - VIP Support to join their team in Riyadh, Riyadh Province. This full-time role focuses on providing dedicated executive and VIP support to ensure minimal downtime and proactive device health, alongside white-glove communication during critical events. The position requires 2-5 years of relevant experience.

Role Purpose

The primary purpose of this role is to lead and manage support services for executive and VIP users. This includes implementing tailored support models, ensuring rapid response, and maintaining high standards of communication and on-site readiness to protect productivity and prevent incidents.

Key Responsibilities

• Operate tailored support models, escort procedures, and rapid response protocols to maintain executive productivity.
• Orchestrate proactive device health checks, manage patch status, and conduct performance reviews to prevent incidents.
• Manage concise and clear updates and advisories for VIPs during incidents and scheduled maintenance.
• Coordinate event coverage, peak-period protection, and on-site readiness for board and leadership engagements.
• Drive Level engagement, track outcomes, and gather feedback to enhance satisfaction.
• Ensure confidentiality and implement privileged-access controls for VIP environments.
• Track VIP customer satisfaction (CSAT), response and restore times, and proactive action completion, implementing improvements as needed.
