About the Role

Novartis is seeking a Sr/Sales Representative- CRM to join their team in Riyadh. This full-time position focuses on enhancing customer experiences within the cardiovascular landscape by applying scientific expertise to drive meaningful impact for customers and patients. The role involves combining data-driven territory planning, building trusted relationships, and personalized engagement to grow the business and improve the patient journey.

Key Responsibilities

Achieve or exceed territory sales and market-share objectives within established budgets and timelines.
Identify and prioritize high-potential healthcare professionals and stakeholders through data analysis and customer insights.
Cultivate trusted, long-term relationships with key opinion leaders, medical influencers, and healthcare professionals.
Lead value-based conversations, both in-person and virtually, to understand customer needs, decision drivers, challenges, and opportunities.
Personalize and orchestrate customer journeys across relevant channels, utilizing approved content and customer preferences.
Collaborate with healthcare professionals to enhance the patient journey and provide support to the right patient at the right time.
Meet agreed contact, coverage, frequency, and customer-engagement targets.

Qualifications and Experience

0-1 years of relevant experience.
Strong understanding of the pharmaceutical industry and its evolving environment.
Demonstrated ability to build effective business relationships with key opinion leaders and healthcare professionals.
A high-achievement mindset with a strong ability to translate strategy and insight into actionable results.
