Role Overview

The Store Manager in Riyadh will oversee all aspects of store operations. This full-time role requires 2-5 years of experience and involves driving sales growth, maintaining high standards of customer service, managing staff effectively, and optimizing inventory control to ensure a positive shopping experience. The Store Manager will also be responsible for developing training programs to enhance the performance and growth of in-store retail staff.

Key Responsibilities

Manage daily store operations, including opening and closing procedures, cash handling, inventory management, visual merchandising, and maintaining store cleanliness and organization.
Drive sales growth by setting targets, monitoring performance, and implementing strategies to achieve sales goals.
Maintain comprehensive knowledge of store products and services, ensuring effective merchandising, pricing, and promotions to maximize sales and create an appealing customer environment.
Cultivate positive customer relationships, addressing concerns, resolving complaints, and ensuring high customer satisfaction.
Develop and deliver training programs for all in-store retail staff, covering new hire orientation, ongoing product knowledge, sales techniques, and customer service skills.
Collaborate with other departments to develop and deliver training programs that support overall company objectives.
Coach and mentor retail staff on sales and customer service skills.
Observe retail staff performance on the sales floor, provide constructive feedback, and track the effectiveness of training initiatives.
