The Strategic Planning Specialist Role

This full-time position is central to supporting the development and execution of strategic plans, monitoring organizational performance, and ensuring alignment between strategic objectives and business priorities. The specialist will play a key part in performance analysis, KPI development and tracking, and driving strategic initiatives. This involves preparing comprehensive reports and recommendations to facilitate informed decision-making across the organization, working closely with senior leadership to translate strategic goals into actionable plans.

Key Responsibilities

• Contribute to developing and drafting the organization's strategic plan in coordination with senior management.
• Translate strategic objectives into actionable, measurable execution plans and initiatives.
• Prepare periodic reports on strategic plan implementation progress.
• Analyze internal and external data and trends to support strategic decision-making.
• Coordinate with various departments to ensure operational plans align with the overall strategic direction.
• Support strategic project management from planning through execution and follow-up.

Required Qualifications and Experience

Candidates must possess 5 to 10 years of experience in strategic planning or a closely related field. The role requires a professional capable of translating organizational vision into practical execution and tracking progress effectively. Strong analytical skills and the ability to collaborate with senior leadership and various departments are essential for success in this position.
