About the Strategy & Transformation Associate Consultant Role

OA- Mastercard is seeking a Strategy & Transformation Associate Consultant for a full-time position in Riyadh. This role is part of an 18-month Launch Program designed to build specialized expertise through hands-on experience, structured learning, and mentorship. The program focuses on applying skills to real business challenges and deepening knowledge of Mastercard's operations.

Role Overview and Team Context

As an Associate Consultant within the Strategy & Transformation track, you will guide clients through strategic, tactical, operational, and transformational challenges to enhance performance. Engagements cover areas such as product development, marketing, customer loyalty, and innovation across various industries, including Fortune 500 companies. This role aligns with practices found in traditional management consulting firms. The Advisors & Consulting Services (A&CS) team focuses on driving client impact through data-driven insights and hands-on implementation.

Key Responsibilities

• Collaborate within small teams to address and implement solutions for clients' strategic questions.
• Contribute meaningfully through ownership of deliverables and building external client relationships.
• Focus on technology and data to gain exposure to various industries, including financial services, retail, restaurants, and hospitality.
• Support 1-3 projects concurrently, with each project typically lasting 8-16 weeks.

Qualifications and Requirements

• Undergraduate or accelerated master’s degree with an expected graduation date between March 2026 and July 2027.
• 0-1 years of experience required.
• Eligibility to work and local office language proficiencies are necessary.
