Supervisor Airport Services

About the Role

Emirates is seeking a Supervisor Airport Services to join their team in Riyadh, Riyadh. This full-time role involves ensuring that airport services are delivered efficiently, professionally, and to the highest standards, adhering to the Company's commercial, safety, and security policies. The Supervisor will coordinate with various internal and external agencies to ensure comprehensive operational coverage.

Key Responsibilities

• Analyze potential operational issues such as overbookings, adverse weather, delays, and flight cancellations, implementing proactive measures to minimize customer disruption.
• Brief handling agents, caterers, and other service providers on Emirates' operational requirements, including special handling needs, and update information to ensure smooth and cost-effective operations.
• Complete all post-flight activities accurately to protect company revenue and facilitate the handling of customers and cargo at en-route stations and destinations.
• Address customer queries, complaints, and claims promptly and efficiently to maintain passenger confidence.
• Perform administrative functions and other duties as assigned by the Airport Services Manager or Officer.
• Process baggage claims and manage expenditure related to damaged baggage replacements and lost baggage claims according to established procedures.
• Support the Emirates Ticket Desk, where applicable, by undertaking ticketing and reservation duties to ensure seamless customer service.
• Coach and develop airport services agents and relevant personnel, ensuring they are fully briefed on operational requirements and deliver expected customer service levels.
• Assist the Airport Services Manager (ASM) with staff performance reviews, including setting objectives and development plans, and providing feedback within stipulated timelines.
• Conduct diligent credit card verification and travel document checks.
• Support duties in the Emirates lounge when required, liaising with service providers and supervising contracted staff to oversee catering, cleaning, and maintenance operations, ensuring service standards are met.

Experience and Qualifications

Candidates for this position should possess 2-5 years of relevant experience in airport services or a similar operational environment. The role requires a strong understanding of airline operations, safety, and security protocols.
