About the Role

Hill International is seeking a Talent Acquisition Associate to join their team in Riyadh. This full-time position is responsible for managing the full life-cycle recruitment process across the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia (KSA) region, ensuring the identification and placement of qualified candidates for various roles.

Key Responsibilities

• Source, identify, and recruit new, replacement, and contingent staff from both external and internal talent pools.
• Collaborate with hiring managers to understand and define job competencies and recruitment requirements for all open positions and proposal efforts.
• Coordinate internal job postings and utilize appropriate internet sources for external advertisements, including cold calling and leveraging social and professional networking sites to identify candidates.
• Conduct pre-screening interviews and coordinate all subsequent interviews with hiring managers.
• Serve as a primary point of contact for candidates, building influential relationships throughout the selection process.
• Establish and maintain strong working relationships with Corporate Team leaders, the recruiting team, and other staff to foster successful partnerships.
• Manage all aspects of the recruitment process, including candidate sourcing and qualification, salary negotiation, reference checks, and onboarding, utilizing the online applicant tracking system.
• Provide business intelligence to support proposals and current opportunities.

Qualifications and Experience

• A minimum of 1 year of high-volume recruiting experience, encompassing online sourcing, cold calls, and networking.
• Demonstrated experience in successfully closing candidates to offers within a competitive market.

• Demonstrated capability in building rapport with hiring managers and cross-functional partners.
