The Tamara Program is an internship opportunity designed for undergraduate and postgraduate students, including those pursuing Master's, MBA, or PhD degrees. Potential Areas of Contribution

Participants in the Tamara Program may contribute across various departments, aligning their interests with specific roles. These areas include:

• Product: Supporting Product Managers in developing features, utilizing data and customer insights, and exploring new financial service solutions.
• Engineering: Working with senior engineers on live projects, including feature development and system improvements.
• Design: Contributing to user experience and interface design, collaborating with Product and Engineering teams to create fintech solutions. This involves uncovering user needs, mapping journeys, and iterating on wireframes.
• Data: Assisting with analytics and reporting to support decision-making and measure impact.
• Commercial: Engaging in Sales, which involves identifying and securing new merchant partners, or Account Management, focused on maintaining and growing existing partner relationships.
• Marketing: Supporting brand, growth, and campaign initiatives targeting customers and merchants.
• Finance & Accounting: Assisting with month-end close processes, financial reporting, and audits to ensure financial accuracy.
• Strategy: Contributing to market research, competitor benchmarking, and strategic projects that inform executive decisions.

Qualifications and Requirements

Candidates for the Tamara Program should meet the following criteria:

• Currently pursuing a Bachelor's, Master's, MBA, or PhD in a relevant field.
• Demonstrated passion for continuous improvement and a creative approach to problem-solving.
• Prior internship, co-op, or project experience relevant to the area of interest is beneficial but not mandatory.
