Program Overview

Americana Restaurants (شركة المطاعم الأهلية – أمريكانا) is accepting applications for its 2026 Tamheer and Cooperative Training programs. These programs aim to provide Saudi graduates and students with practical, on-the-job experience within a world-class professional environment. This initiative supports the national objectives of Saudization and Saudi Vision 2030, offering opportunities across Riyadh, Jeddah, and the Eastern Province, including Dammam, Al Khobar, and Dhahran.

Program Structure

The program is structured into two distinct training tracks, each designed for specific candidate profiles:

• Tamheer Program: This track is for recent university graduates, offering on-the-job training in cooperation with the Human Resources Development Fund (HRDF).
• Cooperative Training (Co-op): This program is for currently enrolled university and technical college students, fulfilling a mandatory part of their academic graduation requirements.

Eligibility Requirements
