Jodayn is seeking a Tamheer Internal Communications Specialist to join its team in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. This full-time role is designed for a motivated candidate who will support internal communication initiatives and contribute to enhancing employee engagement across the organization.

Role Overview

The Internal Communications Specialist will play a key role in ensuring effective communication within Jodayn. The successful candidate will assist in various communication tasks, from preparing internal announcements to supporting employee engagement activities, with a focus on maintaining consistent and timely information flow.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in the preparation and distribution of internal announcements, newsletters, and employee communications.
• Support the planning and execution of internal events, employee engagement activities, and company initiatives.
• Create and edit communication materials for various internal channels.
• Maintain and update internal communication platforms and employee information.
• Collaborate with HR and other departments to ensure consistent and timely communication practices.
• Support the development of content that reflects the company's culture, values, and initiatives.
• Gather employee feedback and assist in evaluating the effectiveness of internal communication strategies.

• 0-1 years of experience is required for this role.
• Demonstrated motivation and creativity in communication tasks.

Tamheer Program Eligibility

• Candidates must meet the eligibility requirements of the HRDF Tamheer program.
• Applicants must not be currently employed.
• All applicable Tamheer program conditions must be satisfied.
