About the Team Coordinator Role

Parsons Corporation is seeking a Team Coordinator, a full-time position, to join their team. This role is designed for a Saudi National with 2-5 years of relevant experience. The Team Coordinator will play a key role in managing project documentation and data, ensuring efficient workflow and adherence to established procedures.

Key Responsibilities

  • Implement document and data management solutions, focusing on document control and records management.
  • Administer data and document management applications, processing various document types through all procedural steps.
  • Ensure adherence to pre-established document control requirements, including numbering systems and approval signatures.
  • Receive, track, and monitor documents using standard management programs to maintain databases, register documents, and produce required logs and reports.
  • Enter data and generate reports using standard office automation or department-specific applications.
  • Initiate and respond to routine correspondence related to the area of responsibility.
  • Maintain an established data distribution system and schedule based on client, project, department, and supplier requirements.
  • Expedite the review, signature approval, and release of supplier and internally produced documents.
  • Verify retention requirements and manage the cataloging, packing, and long-term storage or disposal of documents at project closeout.
  • Manage the scheduled destruction of archived documents according to company and/or client guidelines.
  • Assist junior document control staff in the effective implementation of project-specific procedures.
  • Assist in reviewing contract documents and conditions.
  • Serve as a liaison between support groups, home office, and field personnel, interfacing with internal and external groups.
  • Delegate and direct the work activities of the project document control team.

Required Qualifications and Experience

  • A minimum of 3 years of relevant work experience.
  • Proficiency in MS Office, with specific expertise in Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, and Excel.
  • Working knowledge of electronic document management systems is required for assignments.
  • Good written and oral communication skills.
  • Strong organizational and interpersonal skills.
  • Demonstrated ability to interact effectively with project personnel and management.
  • Good knowledge of Saudi purchasing law.

The role involves staying current with department technologies, techniques, and services relevant to document and data management. Collaboration with other staff members is expected to develop and improve services.
