About the Role

Danfoss is seeking a Technical Support Engineer Graduate to join the Climate Solutions team in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. This full-time role is designed for Saudi Nationals with 0-1 years of experience. The successful candidate will contribute to the technical development and support for customers across Saudi Arabia, focusing on enhancing energy efficiency, reliability, and performance in critical cooling applications.

Role Context and Impact

This position offers a practical opportunity to apply engineering principles to real-world products and gain exposure to industry technologies. The role involves supporting various cooling applications, including data centers, commercial HVAC, industrial process cooling, and cold rooms. The Technical Support Engineer Graduate will play a part in shaping sustainable cooling solutions.

Key Responsibilities

• Support the specification, selection, and troubleshooting of compressors, line components, and electronic controllers across HVAC/R applications.
• Provide technical guidance and solutions to customers and end users, addressing product and application inquiries.
• Deliver technical presentations and training sessions to support customer understanding and product adoption.
• Document testing results, technical findings, and recommendations through clear and accurate reports.
• Collaborate with cross-functional engineering teams to support product improvements and new product development initiatives.

Qualifications and Requirements

• Saudi nationality is required.
• Recently completed a Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or Mechatronics.
• Knowledge of basic physics and mathematics concepts.
• Willingness to travel within the region.
