Digital Star is seeking a Technician for Large Format Printers and Laser Machines to join our team in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. This full-time role is essential for maintaining our commitment to providing high-quality printing solutions to our clients. The position is not intended for operators or designers.

Role Overview

The Technician will be responsible for the installation, maintenance, and repair of large format printers and laser machines. This role involves direct interaction with both clients and internal staff, providing technical support and ensuring the efficient operation of equipment.

Key Responsibilities

• Install, configure, and troubleshoot printers and related equipment.
• Diagnose hardware and software issues specific to printers and laser machines.
• Perform routine maintenance and necessary repairs on various types of printing equipment.
• Respond to service calls and conduct on-site repairs as required.
• Provide technical support and guidance to clients and internal staff members.
• Maintain detailed records of all service calls, repairs, and maintenance tasks.
• Coordinate office activities and operations to ensure efficiency and compliance.
• Stay updated on new technologies and industry trends relevant to printing and laser machines.

Qualifications and Requirements

• 0-1 year of relevant experience.
• Demonstrated customer service orientation.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Proficient troubleshooting skills for technical issues.
