The Role of Tenant Relations Manager

Unified Real Estate Development Company is seeking a Tenant Relations Manager to serve as the key liaison between its retail tenants and property management teams. This full-time role is based in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia, and is central to ensuring an exceptional tenant experience, smooth operations, and fostering long-term partnerships across the company's retail and lifestyle assets. The manager will act as the primary point of contact for all tenant-related matters within the retail portfolio, ensuring effective communication, timely issue resolution, and adherence to company standards and lease obligations.

Key Responsibilities

• Serve as the main contact for tenants across retail and mixed-use developments.
• Manage tenant onboarding and handover processes in coordination with Leasing, Retail Delivery, and Facility Management (FM) teams.
• Handle tenant requests, concerns, and service issues, ensuring prompt and professional resolution.
• Coordinate with FM and Administration for maintenance, cleaning, and common area services.
• Support tenant fit-out approvals and ensure compliance with company and mall guidelines.
• Conduct periodic inspections and walkthroughs to ensure compliance with lease terms and property standards.
• Monitor tenant performance and feedback to identify improvement areas and drive engagement initiatives.
• Coordinate renewal reminders and collaborate with Leasing for timely follow-ups.
• Maintain updated tenant contact databases and records of correspondence.
• Prepare reports on tenant satisfaction, complaint trends, and service response performance.
• Support in organizing tenant events, promotional activities, and seasonal engagement campaigns.

Required Experience and Skills

Candidates for this position should possess 2-5 years of relevant experience in tenant relations or property management, preferably within a retail or mixed-use environment. The role requires a proactive and customer-focused individual with strong communication and interpersonal skills to manage tenant relationships effectively and ensure operational excellence.

Internal Collaboration

The Tenant Relations Manager will collaborate closely with various internal departments. These include Facility Management, Leasing, Legal, and Finance teams, working together to enhance overall tenant satisfaction and achieve operational objectives.
