About the Role

Brains Valley Company is seeking a highly skilled Tendering Manager to lead and manage the comprehensive tendering process for various projects and services. This full-time, on-site position is based in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia, and requires a professional with substantial experience in proposal development and tender management.

Role Purpose and Scope

The Tendering Manager is responsible for overseeing the entire lifecycle of tender submissions, from initial assessment to final proposal delivery. This involves strategic coordination with internal departments to understand requirements, develop competitive strategies, and ensure the submission of high-quality, compliant proposals that align with company objectives. The role is critical in securing new business opportunities and contributing to the company's growth.

Key Responsibilities

• Review tender documents thoroughly to understand client requirements, scope, and contractual terms.
• Prepare comprehensive technical and commercial proposals, ensuring accuracy, completeness, and adherence to tender specifications.
• Manage all clarification processes and communications with clients throughout the tendering phase.
• Maintain an organized and up-to-date tender pipeline, tracking progress, deadlines, and outcomes.
• Collaborate closely with procurement, sales, finance, and project teams to gather accurate information, optimize pricing, and identify and mitigate potential risks.
• Monitor market opportunities and industry trends to inform tendering strategies and competitive positioning.
• Maintain meticulous tender documentation and records for audit and reference purposes.
• Contribute to the continuous improvement of tendering processes, tools, and best practices within the company.

Qualifications and Experience

• A minimum of 5 to 10 years of proven experience in a Tendering Manager or similar proposals management role.
• Demonstrated ability to lead and manage complex tender processes from initial assessment through to successful submission.
• Strong understanding of proposal development, contract terms, and risk assessment methodologies.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills for effective client interaction and internal stakeholder collaboration.
• Proficiency in managing multiple tenders simultaneously while maintaining high standards of quality and adherence to deadlines.

This is a full-time, on-site position located at Brains Valley Company's offices in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia.
