The Role of Training and Development Manager

We are seeking a Training and Development Manager to join a leading company within the Food & Beverage sector in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. This role is central to ensuring consistent brand execution and high service standards across all restaurant locations through effective training initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

Design and deliver on-boarding programs for new hires.
Develop and maintain Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and training manuals for brand standards.
Roll out training for new menu items and service standards.
Conduct training needs assessments across various branches.
Coach and evaluate staff performance against established brand standards.
Track training Key Performance Indicators (KPIs), including completion rates, performance improvements, and retention impact.
Manage food safety and HACCP certification tracking for all staff.
Ensure consistent brand execution across all restaurant locations.

Required Experience

Candidates for this position should possess 5-10 years of experience in training and development, preferably within the hospitality or Food & Beverage industry.
