The Role of Transportation Manager

Mnzil is seeking a Transportation Manager to oversee fleet and transportation services for clients' employees in Riyadh. This full-time position reports to the Head of Operations and involves leading the transportation team, managing vendor relationships, and ensuring all trips are conducted safely, on time, and within budget.

Key Responsibilities

Lead the transportation team, including fleet dispatch operations and vendor relations.
Plan and optimize schedules and routes to ensure timely transportation for clients' employees.
Manage fleet operators and external vendors, covering contract negotiation, performance monitoring, and cost control.
Ensure strict compliance with all relevant transport regulations and safety standards.
Track service Key Performance Indicators (KPIs), manage costs, and analyze client feedback to promptly address any issues.
Develop and implement clear processes and reporting mechanisms to support service growth and scalability.

Qualifications and Experience

A minimum of 2 to 5 years of experience in transportation management or a related field.
Demonstrated ability to manage fleet operations and lead a team.
Experience in vendor management, including contract negotiation and performance evaluation.
Strong understanding of transport regulations and safety protocols.
