About the Role

Tangent International is seeking an experienced VAS / Cloud Service Engineer to join a high-performing Managed Services Operations environment. This role supports mission-critical telecom platforms and cloud infrastructure in Riyadh. The position is offered on a contract basis.

Role Context

This position is ideal for engineers with a strong background in Ericsson Cloud technologies, NFVI management, VAS platforms, and telecom service operations. The engineer will be responsible for ensuring the performance, quality, and availability of critical services within a managed services framework.

Key Responsibilities

• Monitor and manage service performance, quality, KPIs, and SLA compliance.
• Perform real-time service and network performance analysis.
• Analyze trends and proactively identify performance degradation.
• Drive optimization and service improvement initiatives.
• Recommend and implement service reconfigurations as required.
• Support cloud infrastructure operations and lifecycle management.
• Troubleshoot hardware and infrastructure faults, including servers, switches, and connectivity components.
• Support the development and enhancement of operational tools and automation capabilities.
• Ensure service availability, stability, and capacity targets are consistently achieved.

Required Qualifications

We are looking for a hands-on Cloud Service Engineer with the following qualifications:

• A strong background in Ericsson Cloud technologies.
• Expertise in NFVI management.
• Proficiency with VAS platforms.
• Experience in telecom service operations.
• A proactive approach to service quality, optimization, and operational excellence.
• 5-10 years of relevant experience.

Work Environment

This is a contract role based in Riyadh. The engineer will operate within a high-performing Managed Services Operations environment, supporting mission-critical systems.
