Role and Program Structure

Performance will be assessed at the 6-month and 9-month milestones. High-performing participants will be considered for a permanent full-time opportunity upon successful completion of the program. Key Responsibilities

• Participate in a structured development program covering client service excellence, wealth management fundamentals, business communication, and department-specific training.
• Support the Client Service team in delivering client service by assisting with account maintenance, client requests, documentation, and administrative processes.
• Collaborate with Relationship Managers, Financial Advisors, and internal departments to ensure timely and accurate execution of client-related activities.
• Assist in preparing client reports, presentations, meeting materials, and service documentation, ensuring attention to detail and confidentiality.
• Maintain accurate records and contribute to process improvement initiatives to enhance service quality and operational efficiency.
• Demonstrate initiative, problem-solving ability, professionalism, and a commitment to delivering a superior client experience.
• Contribute actively to projects and assignments under the guidance of senior professionals and mentors.
• Work effectively both independently and within cross-functional teams to achieve program objectives and business goals.
