Namaa Partners is seeking a Data Analyst Specialist to join its team in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. This full-time role is suitable for individuals with 0-1 years of experience who are adept at organizing data, articulating findings, and verifying information independently. The position involves working with established Saudi entities on strategy, growth, operating models, and performance improvement.

Role Overview

The Data Analyst Specialist will work directly on projects for decision-makers, collaborating with project scoping and delivery leads. This role offers early exposure to corporate strategy, growth, market entry, operating models, efficiency, organization, talent, digital strategy, performance improvement, governance, and risk. The ability to remain calm, organized, and adaptable is essential, as project demands and priorities may change.

Key Responsibilities

• Collect, clean, and organize client data from internal reports and industry databases for analysis.
• Prepare and verify tables and charts for presentations and board materials.
• Analyze business, product, and market performance, and communicate findings to the team.
• Track project KPIs and update dashboards regularly.
• Build simple models to estimate the financial impact of client options.
• Document data sources and assumptions used in each analysis.

Required Qualifications

• Basic data-analysis knowledge acquired through study, training, part-time work, or university projects.
• Proficiency in Excel spreadsheets, functions, and chart creation.
• Ability to interpret figures and explain them clearly and concisely.
• Demonstrated accuracy with numbers, careful review habits, organized file and source management, and documentation skills.
• Willingness to learn analysis and dashboard tools with team guidance.

Advantageous Skills and Experience

• Practical experience with Power BI or a similar dashboard tool.
• Basic knowledge of SQL or Python.
• Exposure to family groups, financial services, or government sectors.
• A background in accounting, finance, or business administration.
